We at S&S Motors have a large fleet of vans and offer a wide selection of sizes to suit all your moving requirements:

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO HIRERS

Please ready carefully.

Notice to Hirer

  • Hirer must comply with insurance requirements.
  • Must be over 25 years of age.
  • Full licence required.
  • Two current proofs of identity are required.
  • National Insurance number.
  • Payment for the hire and deposit by card.
  • Vehicles must be returned on time, overdue vehicles are uninsured.
  • Any extension of hire period must be notified to S&S Motors.
  • All additional charges must be paid for in advance.
  • Vehicle security is the responsibility of the hirer.
  • Vehicles stolen due to keys being left in the vehicle will result in the full cost being charged to the hirer.
  • Vehicles are for use in the UK only.

Excess Charges

  • 150 miles per day for rental.
  • 600 miles a week for weekly rental.
  • Extra mileage charged at 10p per mile.
  • Fuel shortage will be charged to hirer.

Return of Vehicles

  • Vehicles are the responsibility of the hirer until they are returned, at the time due at the end of the hire.
  • No vehicles are allowed to be returned outside of working hours.
  • Any loss or damage incurred to vehicles returned outside of working hours is not covered by insurance and will be charged to the hirer.

Refundable Deposits

  • Deposits are only refundable if the vehicle is returned in the same condition as the commencement of the hire.
  • Theft of radio, stereo and navigational equipment, overhead, tyre damage and any negligence however caused are not covered by the insurance and will be charged by the hirer in full.
  • ALL OF OUR VEHICLES ARE FITTED WITH TRACKERS
